This particular bid for the Scavenger Hunt was taken the same day I shot my electrifying performance. I had been rather daunted by the idea of doing it in a tree; not because I can’t climb trees but because I’m limited by the 10-second timer as to how far I can get! I was going to wait on that until I could collaborate with someone… and then I saw the perfect opportunity…
I stripped down to ashirt and tights and tested the timing and it worked!!

Yet another successful Dragon De-scaling! and so that makes notch #23 on the Scavenger Hunt! and pops the cherry on another new category…
I still have more sites shot and waiting in queue, so I’ll be back next week with some more public wantonness

Well done you… I have my tree picture all ready to go just need to post it. I did cheat a bit though as no timer involved, instead I had a human hand to help me. Keep em coming Kazi you are an inspiration

Aww, that’s not cheating! there are several on the list I could not imagine getting without help
I’ve found that the most handy “shooting ones self in difficult poses” helper on my camera is that I have the ability to set it up for multiple shots after that 10-second timer. Which results in a few tries, 60-some pics and only one or two usable LOL

Thank you! Really, we are limited only by our imagination… I’ve created several new categories and intend to create more in the course of this series. I have to admit to being a bit of an adrenaline junkie in this, but I’m also trying to look for the art in each shot

Love the shot. Is it warm where you are or are you just brave?
One of the things that we do in lieu of a timer is to set up our camera to take interval shots every 15 or 30 seconds. We end up with more photos to delete; but, it provided more flexibility.
Ummm… just brave? or stupid… take your pick!
I wish I had that option! for now I have to go with repeated tries, though I’m getting it down to a science… and eventually I will upgrade to a camera that can handle a remote timer
