on January 4th, 2012 at 00:00When I first saw the list of Scavenger Hunt suggestions and saw “hospital” on the list, I was surprised. It rather goes with the territory of being hospitalised that one is inappropriately exposed!! though of course one is often not up to the task of photographing in that state…
Still, I had already spent a couple extended times in hospital in 2011… and had snapped pics on both occasions.
This was shot back in July 2011 with my iPhone
And this photo, transformed from a shot I took during my October 2011 hospital stay, became the subject of a post
Still, I decided to grab some fresh shots as I had to get johnnied-up for an outpatient procedure recently at our local hospital. Separated from the Surgical Day staff by only a thin curtain, I’m sure they were wondering why it took me so long to get ready! 
So I’ve popped yet another category cherry with a successful Dragon De-scaling! and that makes notch #24 on the Scavenger Hunt!

We remember hearing about your hospital stay in October 2011 and have been meaning to ask how things are with you. We hope the outpatient procedure was just routine maintenance and that you’re on the mend.

I’ve been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease; the outpatient procedure was further testing for that and there will be more of such in the foreseeable future. I’m good, though, thanks! I simply refuse to stay down for long.

I live a stones throw from the local hospital….. I shall have to see if we can sneak in via the ER and take a few shots. By the way I don’t know if I have ever mentioned before but your nipple rings are very sexy.
