Wanton Wednesday: Dragon on the Rocks
on 2012/04/04 at 00:00During my recent hiking adventure, I chose the roughest terrain possible and indulged in a bit of rock climbing.
And of course, that got me to thinking, wouldn’t this make another great bit for the Scavenger Hunt? So of course I gave it a go.
As a bit of behind-the-scenes… there was no good place to set up my regular tripod on the rocks, so my kinky one came out to play gripping a tree branch…
Yet another successful Dragon De-scaling! with yet another new category to mark notch #38 on the Scavenger Hunt!
I went on to score many more sites later that day, so I’ll be back next week with some more public wantonness
Go see who else is being wanton here

I’ve said it before and I will say it again: I love these Scavenger Hunt pictures of you! I wish I lived in the same kind of area so I could make some pics like those too!

Rock climbing? I am not sure I will ever make this one but you never know.

I love hiking/rock climbing and I love the photo of you! Awesome job getting that camera set up on a tree branch; I wonder where else you went that day…hmm
Thanks, eh! Keep watching this space and you’ll find out
Great job! Seeing the behind-the-scenes shot of your camera on the tripod added a lot of depth. We like this little peek behind the curtain, if you will.
Now this is a category I can definitely compete in! I need to get me one of those camera holder things, though …
I’ve updated the page – and you look great, Kazi

Thanks, Dee! and bring it on!!
Standing ovation!
Love the behind the scenes shot with the photo of the camera taking a photo. It looks like you have a gorillapod (or one of its clones). We have one too. It’s great for taking photos outdoors when there isn’t a good place for a regular tripod.
