Leaving the sports fields for the time being, the next stop along a biking trail for this intrepid adventurer is an exercise waystation.  This is only the third one I’ve seen whilst hiking/biking, not sure who sponsors these, but I understand they’re part of a series.

A set of guides tells you how to use the equipment and suggests how to build a workout routine.  I wish they also provided a map for how these all come together, but they don’t.

So of course I had to try some of them out.  You can roll over the pics to see how I fared ;)  I should mention that the biking/walking trail this station was beside is fairly well-used.

This one had a fairly steep incline… you were supposed to hook your feet in a bar near the top and do sit-ups.  I had the camera on the gorilla pod wrapped around the bar so I improvised a bit…

This bar was of course for chin-ups though I had the wild thought of hanging by my knees… would’ve done it if I had longer than 10 seconds to get in place!!

Not sure what Dee wants to call this one! but it’s another successful Dragon De-scaling accomplished, making notch #63 on the Scavenger Hunt!

I have a few more sites in store, so I’ll be back next week with some more public wickedness ;)

Go see who else is being wicked here

Sir has asked who else is involved in the scavenger hunt; if you have a recent scavenger post you’d like to share, you can link here so He (and the rest of my readers, plus those involved in Wicked Wednesday) can see…
